Event Staff

The event team is made up from around 20 people who are working really hard to organise everything for May next year, but they’re going to need lots of help! We need to build several teams to help us make this event run smoothly. 

The event is from the 18th-20th May 2018 which is when we will need the most help. However, we'll have build teams on site from the 15th to the 22nd of May! Any help you can offer the team would be gratefully received, and we can promise you'll have a great time!

There are two sides to this: Operations and Activities. Operations covers loads of areas from traffic management to catering, and from infrastructure to security. The Activities team is for anyone assisting with any of the activities during the event. Suffice to say there are lots of opportunities available!
